Know the place before you build: the Tiara case in Porto Cervo<\/h1>\n

Every project has a place, and every place has its own rules. For Massimo Chelini, the work doesn\u2019t begin on the building site, but with a simple question: where will this project come to life, and what will be asked of it?<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s an approach born of experience. In complex projects, especially in hospitality, the details that make the difference rarely sit on the drawing board. They lie in local regulations, in the everyday use of the spaces, in the needs of those who run them. The Tiara case, Porto Cervo<\/h3>\n

For the Tiara hospitality complex in Porto Cervo, MC Bespoke acted as general contractor, coordinating supplies and suppliers across the entire project. It was during this analysis phase that a precise requirement emerged: every fabric used in the furnishings had to be flame-retardant. Not some of them, not just the common areas. All of them.<\/p>\n

At this scale, a requirement like that changes everything. Finding fabrics that meet safety standards without sacrificing the look and feel the project called for is no simple task.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]<\/p>\n

The answer: the right supplier<\/h4>\n

Massimo set out to find a textile partner able to meet this need without compromise. He found it in a supplier capable of producing fully flame-retardant fabrics, matching the project\u2019s standards in both performance and finish.<\/p>\n

The result: more than 1.2 linear kilometres of fabric, supplied for the spaces in Porto Cervo.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]<\/p>\n
